Nurse Advice Line

The OHPCC Nurse Advice Line is a 24/7 medical advice line service for Oregon Health Plan Fee for Service members. Calls are answered toll-free at 800-562-4620 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday by our staff through Friday except for holidays. After hours, on weekends, and on holidays, calls are answered by our 24 hr Nurse Advice Line.

Your call to the Nurse Advice Line will be triaged and you will receive information based on your medical question, and may receive advice on where to seek care.
