Notice To Providers: HRSN Fee Schedule Update

We would like to provide you with information regarding the updated fee schedule rates (with 11/1/2025 effective date) for the rent and utilities benefit.

All authorizations for the rent and utilities benefit(s) that occur on or after 11/1/2025 are subject to the updated rates. Authorizations that occur prior to 11/1/2025 will still refer to the fee schedule rates effective 11/1/2024 - 10/31/2025.

For rent and utilities-related encounters submitted to OHA with dates of service on or after 11/1/2025, MMIS will refer to the revised Upper Payment Limits (UPL), reflected in the updated fee schedule, in order to determine if the entire paid amount submitted on the encounter is reimbursable.

The revised rates for Housing Tenancy Supports and Outreach & Engagement that are also effective 11/1/2025 do not rely on authorization dates. The rates will be effective for encounters submitted with dates of service on or after 11/1/2025.
